About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants with over 100 years of experience. This role operates on a Monday - Friday schedule from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am, or until work is completed, with rotating Sundays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. The position involves loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment. Team members will use scanners for inventory control and put-away tasks. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds, with team lifts or mechanical equipment used for heavier items like commercial tires. Pushing force of up to 40 pounds may be needed for barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Team members must be comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment and be able to stand for extended periods. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures is essential. This role may also assist other departments as needed, and duties are not exhaustive, with team members potentially asked to perform other job-related tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
• Must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.

• Be on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.

• Assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.
