About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role is for the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday-Thursday 11:45 pm - 8:30 am. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. The position involves loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles. Responsibilities include using scanners for inventory control, handling products up to 80 pounds, working at heights up to 25 feet, and contributing to a culture of safety. This role also includes onboarding and training new hires, supporting operations leaders, assisting with inventory management through cycle counts, and handling e-commerce and will-call orders as needed. Team members may be asked to perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Be on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to the culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Onboard and train new hires.
  • Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
  • Assist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts.
  • Responsible for inventory control: adjustments, returns, shortages, etc.
  • Assist with ecomm and will call as needed.
