Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a warehouse environment including receiving, shipping, material handling, inventory transactions, or cycle counting in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, ladders, or walkie stackers
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Oracle or other ERP/inventory management systems
  • Experience processing domestic and international shipments and related shipping documentation
  • Experience performing inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy activities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, transferring, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and inventory traceability within Oracle systems
  • Supporting manufacturing and repair operations through material handling, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and inventory movement throughout the warehouse
  • Processing shipping transactions, preparing shipping documentation, labeling materials, and coordinating domestic and international shipments with carriers such as UPS and FedEx
  • Collaborating with Planner/Buyers, Accounts Payable, Manufacturing, and Repair teams to resolve inventory and purchase order issues
  • Operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and walkie stackers while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations
  • Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
