About The Position

Spectra Gutter Systems, a leading manufacturer and distributor of aluminum rainware products across North America, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager for its branch location. This is a working leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and ensuring a small team remains organized, productive, and safe. The manager will be actively involved in daily warehouse tasks while guiding the team.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and customer relations.
• Work alongside the team to ensure orders are handled accurately and on time.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts as needed.
• Assign daily tasks and help keep the team on track.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and help keep stock accurate.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly.
• Help identify simple improvements to workflow and efficiency.
