About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations while leading a high-performing, safety-focused team. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service across all warehouse functions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of warehouse or operations management experience
- Prior wholesale warehouse experience
- Forklift experience
- Experience with computerized or barcode-based inventory systems
Responsibilities
- Manage, evaluate, and develop warehouse personnel
- Foster a team-oriented, customer-focused branch culture
- Ensure safety is the top priority across all warehouse operations
- Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, returns, and warranty processing
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment
- Support deliveries, customer pickups, and special projects as needed
