About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Warehouse Manager who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. The successful candidate will be responsible for on and off-site warehousing projects and ensuring goals and objectives clearly support the Company’s Strategic Plan.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years warehouse experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, material replenishment, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to support manufacturing and forklift production requirements.
  • Manages operational responsibilities consistent with TPS (Toyota Production System) principles.
  • Build and sustain a lean warehouse culture through 5S, standardized work, visual management, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, coach, and engage warehouse team members to improve performance, accountability, and skill capability.
  • Monitor key warehouse metrics such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, space utilization, safety, and damage reduction.
  • Partner with production, planning, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to solve material flow issues and support customer demand.
  • Maintain compliance with safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support cost reduction goals.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, material handling equipment, and WMS tools.
  • Support hiring, training, performance management, and succession development within the warehouse team.
  • Work with management in the establishment of annual goals and objectives for department. Develop and maintain the necessary and appropriate policies, records, documentation, procedures, practices and discipline to effectively and efficiently achieve the objectives of your organization and your commitments to other organizations.
