About The Position

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, strong operational performance, and seamless coordination with transportation teams. This role is critical for driving efficiency, service level excellence, and continuous improvement across local and international distribution. The objective is to manage and optimize warehouse operations by ensuring efficient execution of daily activities, accurate inventory control, ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), and effective team leadership, supporting both local Miami customers and international shipments to Panama.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, and operational KPIs.
  • Experience coordinating transportation and shipments (local and international preferred).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Optimize workflows, space utilization, and labor allocation based on volume and priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse operations and transportation/transit teams.
  • Coordinate all inbound shipments to ensure timely receiving and system visibility.
  • Manage scheduling and execution of outbound deliveries to local Miami clients and international shipments to Panama.
  • Proactively communicate operational risks, delays, or capacity constraints.
  • Maintain full ownership of warehouse inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Plan and execute cycle counts based on SKU velocity and operational risk.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and define corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure proper system transactions and real-time inventory visibility.
  • Own and drive performance across key KPIs, including: Receiving SLA compliance, Order fulfillment SLA (on-time shipping), Inventory accuracy, Productivity (UPH – Units Per Hour), Order accuracy / error rate.
  • Analyze operational data and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.
  • Ensure high service levels through proactive customer communication regarding order status, delays, or issues.
  • Support value-added services such as labeling, rework, and priority shipments.
  • Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and daily priorities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
