We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in supporting solar and electrical installation operations by ensuring materials are organized and accurately inventoried. This position is responsible for intaking materials, maintaining warehouse organization, obtaining accurate counts of all warehoused materials, allocating material for upcoming installations, assisting with fleet management, and supporting overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving large box trucks and towing trailers.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and loading/unloading materials.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
  • Experience in solar, construction, or electrical industries.
  • Experience with inventory or field service software (e.g. Coperniq or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Occasionally pick up and deliver solar and electrical materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites, suppliers, and company facilities.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, including forklifts, large box trucks and trucks with trailers.
  • Update delivery and material status in company software and systems as required.
  • Occasionally pick up or deliver documents to local jurisdictions or offices.
  • Assist Operations and Installation teams as needed to support project efficiency.
  • Organize, clean, and maintain warehouse inventory and workspace.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with the procurement manager and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Manage receiving, stocking, and counting inventory.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming installation projects.
  • Ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, and protected.
  • Maintain company vehicles in clean and safe working conditions.
  • Report maintenance needs, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
