About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced foodservice professional with a passion for high-volume production and a knack for leadership to join as a Warehouse Manager at the Miami International Airport (MIA). The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food environment and is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding position. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries and logistics, managing inventory and product flow, and working directly with vendors for purchasing and issue resolution. The position also involves ensuring efficient operational execution and problem-solving day-to-day challenges related to deliveries, inventory discrepancies, and logistics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, commissary, or foodservice operations with a strong focus on inventory and distribution.
  • Experience handling deliveries, working with vendors, and managing high-volume product flow.
  • Comfortable working with heavy boxes, pallets, and carts on a regular basis.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain a reliable, consistent schedule.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across teams and vendors.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory or purchasing systems such as CrunchTime or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Daily Warehouse Operations: Oversee inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution of products to ensure smooth daily operations across airport restaurants.
  • Coordinate Deliveries & Logistics: Manage vendor deliveries (3x per week) and internal truck operations (5x per week), ensuring timely and accurate product movement.
  • Handle Inventory & Product Flow: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and ensure proper handling of boxes, pallets, and carts.
  • Vendor & Purchasing Coordination: Work directly with vendors to manage orders, resolve delivery issues, and ensure product availability.
  • Operational Execution: Ensure efficient loading, unloading, and transport of goods while maintaining organization and safety standards.
  • Problem Solving: Address day-to-day operational challenges related to deliveries, inventory discrepancies, and logistics issues.
