About The Position

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to join our Supply Chain team! As a Warehouse Manager for Watkins Wellness, you will lead warehouse operations that support the movement of raw materials from receipt through consumption and intercompany transfers. You'll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the organization. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic planning. You'll oversee inventory control, cycle counting programs, warehouse processes, reporting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a team responsible for keeping operations running smoothly every day. This role offers visibility across the organization and exposure to a variety of supply chain functions. Requirements

  • 5-10 years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and developing employees
  • Strong experience with inventory management, stock control, receiving operations, material movement, and cycle counting programs
  • Proven ability to analyze data, run reports, monitor KPIs, and drive operational improvements
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Experience supporting financial accuracy through proper inventory transactions, controls, and reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • ERP experience preferred; SAP experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience leading safety programs, compliance activities, training initiatives, and audit preparation
  • Must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Spanish language skills are preferred but not required
  • Lean manufacturing, operational excellence, APICS, or other supply chain certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Guide warehouse, receiving, inventory control, and cycle count operations while developing a culture of accountability, engagement, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure inventory processes, transactions, and controls support accurate material visibility from receipt through consumption and intercompany transfers.
  • Lead efforts to maintain inventory integrity, resolve discrepancies, support audit readiness, and provide the operational discipline needed to support manufacturing and financial objectives.
  • Leverage reporting, KPIs, and operational metrics to find opportunities, address root causes, and improve warehouse performance.
  • Play a key role in helping the organization achieve goals related to inventory accuracy, productivity, material availability, cost control, and overall supply chain performance.
  • Lead warehouse safety and compliance efforts by ensuring training, certifications, and processes remain current and effective.
  • Help maintain a workplace where safety is the top priority while supporting regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and a zero-incident approach.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to support process improvements, technology enhancements, and operational standards.
  • Standardize warehouse procedures and support future automation initiatives.
