About The Position

The Warehouse Manager is a key operational leader responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and performance across warehouse operations. This role oversees inventory management, logistics coordination, and team leadership to ensure the seamless movement of equipment, parts, and supplies that support service delivery and customer commitments. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity, optimizing workflows, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on accountability, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance.
  • Experience managing serialized inventory, including tracking, auditing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with e-automate strongly preferred) and inventory tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with documentation systems supporting delivery validation and revenue recognition.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and shipping/logistics platforms (UPS, FedEx, freight systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution discipline.
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Commitment to safety standards and operational compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in copier dealership, managed print, or technology distribution environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of equipment setup, production workflows, and delivery staging processes.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS (CPIM, CLTD, CSCP) or OSHA training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, staging, shipping, and parts distribution.
  • Plan and manage daily workflows, ensuring alignment with delivery schedules, service demands, and business priorities.
  • Ensure accurate handling and tracking of serialized equipment, parts, and inventory across all systems.
  • Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and variance resolution.
  • Oversee equipment staging and coordination with production and delivery teams to meet customer installation timelines.
  • Ensure all inventory movements, transactions, and documentation are accurately recorded in ERP and tracking systems.
  • Manage outbound logistics including deliveries, returns, equipment swaps, demos, and loaner units.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Procurement, and Scheduling teams to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce loss prevention controls for high-value inventory and serialized assets.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs, prepare operational reports, and support audits and month-end processes.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost control.
  • Champion safety initiatives, enforce compliance standards, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and shipping platforms to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
  • Perform additional duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.
