About The Position

This role is an opportunity to set the stage for a strategic initiative to build a world-class distribution hub for TCF. The goal is to decrease overall costs, improve on-time delivery (OTD) to customers, and to do it safely while having fun. The position offers direct impact on plants and TCF’s future growth plans, serving as a high-visibility role for someone with a vision for success. It involves cross-functional influence and provides growth opportunities. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistent material flow to support production schedules, achieving 95% OTD, and building a high-performing team from the ground up. Key responsibilities include achieving 98% distribution cycle count accuracy, reviewing and updating processes from receiving to shipping, aligning internal customer relations, contributing to cost reduction goals, optimizing warehouse layout and material flow, and evaluating equipment for a world-class operation. The role also requires establishing a zero safety recordable incident rate and implementing weekly KPIs and accountability. Continuous improvement through 5S, Waste reduction, and Lean principles is expected, along with leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership or materials management experience.
  • Ability to learn ERP System and develop teams to be SMEs.
  • Strong operational experience and inventory knowledge to support manufacturing teams across 3 sites.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent material flow to support production schedules to achieve 95% OTD.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up.
  • Achieve distribution cycle count accuracy of 98%.
  • Review and update processes and procedures from receiving to shipping.
  • Align internal customer relations, ensuring all plants are on an agreed-upon schedule for requests and meet delivery commitments.

  • Evaluate equipment and layout to achieve a world-class operation.
