As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be part of a team of sharp, passionate individuals who are reimagining how offices are furnished while taking full ownership of our warehouse operations. You’ll lead associates, build scalable processes, and create a safe, efficient, and reliable environment that supports Clearspace's growth.

About the Opportunity
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the warehouse, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
You will be working as part our Operations team to develop and implement strategic plans for inventory management, storage, and distribution, ensuring that all products are handled and shipped with precision and care.
Lead the warehouse team, fostering collaboration, safety, and an efficient working environment to deliver projects accurately and on time.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role in logistics, distribution, or furniture operations.
• Hands-on leader who is comfortable getting on the floor with the team — this is a small, growing warehouse where the manager is actively involved in daily operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re excited about building something from the ground up, improving processes, and bringing structure to a growing operation.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and compliance with OHSA/WSIB standards.
• Hands-on problem solver with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Valid Forklift Operator License (required) and comfort with operating warehouse equipment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs safely and supporting ergonomic standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting timely project delivery.
• Manage, schedule, and develop warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to provide accurate pull lists, stage deliveries, and proactively address issues or deficiencies as they arise.
• Maintain strong relationships with installation partners and oversee scheduling of subcontracted crews. Support coordination of out-of-province deliveries to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
• Continuously streamline warehouse processes to improve efficiency, space utilization, and accuracy while reducing operational costs.
• Enforce quality standards in receiving, staging, and dispatch to ensure products are handled, stored, and shipped in a way that preserves integrity and client satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing and managing warehouse and inventory budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
