Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Effective communication skills, able to engage professionally with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to foster acceptance of change and adapt to evolving processes.
Organizational skills to manage work effectively while handling frequent interruptions.
Ability to delegate tasks appropriately and follow up on assignments to ensure productivity.
Valid ability to drive and operate forklifts and other company vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all facets of daily operations, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate inventory control.
Schedule logistics for incoming and outgoing loads.
Create essential reports to monitor warehouse productivity and product traceability.
Lead the Inventory Management team to optimize operations.
Oversee shipping, dispatching, and the reclamation and recycling processes.
Conduct daily GMP walkthroughs and train employees to operate machinery safely.
Foster a cooperative work environment to maximize team morale and productivity.
