About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipments and deliveries, and ensuring the warehouse operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, warehouse management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Requirements

Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required
Experience in distribution, automotive, industrial, or paint supply preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift to 50 lbs as needed
Dependable with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in distribution, automotive, industrial, or paint supply
Forklift experience

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead warehouse staff and daily operations
Oversee receiving, stocking, pulling, packing, and shipping processes
Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory control
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and delivery schedules
Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Train and develop warehouse employees
Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed
Work closely with sales, purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Handle products and materials according to safety standards
Address warehouse issues and resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently
