Requirements

  • 5+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong purchasing and vendor management experience required
  • Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse operations management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory systems
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Trade industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) is a plus
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organization, and distribution of materials
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
  • Manage purchasing of materials, tools, and equipment to support daily operations
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement processes to ensure accurate stock replenishment
  • Maintain and track inventory using company systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Utilize Excel and other software to manage purchasing data, reporting, and forecasting
  • Establish and enforce warehouse procedures, organization standards, and best practices
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure material availability and workflow efficiency
