About The Position

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Manager to join our Warehouse team! This role involves managing daily warehouse operations, leading and developing a team, and implementing process improvements to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated leader with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Previous warehouse management experience required.
Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations across multiple departments to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate associates to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Partner with leadership to support forecasting, staffing, and operational planning.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Troubleshoot operational issues including inventory discrepancies, accuracy concerns, and workflow inefficiencies.
Monitor safety practices and recommend improvements.
Track and report operational performance, metrics, and KPIs.
Coordinate staffing, schedules, and special projects as needed.
Promote a positive, professional workplace culture.
