About The Position

The individuals selected for this position are responsible for managing the daily warehouse operation function, customer order fulfilment functions and associated processes/procedures. They will provide extraordinary service for both internally, to all areas of the business, and external customers, always ensuring the company goals and objectives are being met by all associates.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 21
1-2 years of supervisor or relevant role experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively across departments
High school diploma or a general education degree (GED)
Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos
Ability to talk and communicate with coworkers and guests
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Ability to create scheduling and delegating tasks, plan meetings, share and configuring calendars electronically
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without the aid of calculator or abacus
Proficient in conflict resolution, leadership, time and priority management
High integrity
Ability to work as part of the team
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with proper tools
Ability to use an industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

Knows and actively demonstrates daily our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values
Recruits, hires, and ensures training of new warehouse employees
Monitor associate's productivity and performance expectations
Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates and upper management
Ability to learn and perform subordinates job descriptions including but not limited to warehouse supervisors and wholesale associates
Maintain and teach organization skills
Responsible for maintaining productions, productivity, quality, and extraordinary customer service
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing processes and procedures
Prepares and implements production and quality plans based around customer service standards
Responsible maintenance and training for all industrial equipment
Partner with HR and upper management for employee coaching and training
Create and review weekly or bi-weekly schedule for all associates
Monitor and supervise associate's attendance and punctuality
Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team
Availability to travel to local and state facilities as required
Ensures a clean workplace
Working in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA
Possess time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks and meet the demands of the day
Attendance and timeliness is required.
