About The Position

Direct Hire Staff Management Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our client in Edison, NJ. Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse and logistics operations within a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, OTC products, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing settings. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team supervision while ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and experienced in managing warehouse teams within manufacturing environments.

Requirements

  • MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
  • 5+ years of Warehouse or Logistics Management experience.
  • Required background within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing warehouse personnel and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience driving warehouse process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and operational tracking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, OTC, or GMP-regulated industries strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
  • Lead and supervise a warehouse team of approximately 15 employees, ensuring productivity, accountability, and safety.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP standards and company procedures within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process controls.
  • Utilize ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support daily operations and reporting.
  • Partner with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams to support production schedules and operational goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Track operational KPIs and provide reporting to leadership as needed.
