About The Position

The Warehouse Manager leads and oversees warehouse operations, ensuring efficient product receiving, storing, and distribution while developing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. This role involves managing the warehouse team, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Warehouse Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to enhance operational efficiency, implement continuous improvements, and maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

Understanding the end-to-end process of sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the flow of goods.
Proficient in using PCs or laptops to track inventories, reorder supplies, and generate reports.
Utilizing Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and 3rd party shipping software.
Effectively utilizing applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficiency in operating industrial power equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of warehouse experience
3+ years of Leadership experience
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to work weekends
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods of time
Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.
