About The Position

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be accountable for the oversight, safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of warehouse goods. You will manage, train, and coordinate the warehouse team. Requirements

Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to lift 80lbs. or more.
Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers, and customers.

Responsibilities

Promote safety performance as a core value.
Ensure adequate and efficient use of resources for safety.
Enforce OSHA regulations, company requirements, and safe work practices.
Conduct monthly safety inspections and submit reports.
Review safety inspection reports and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Participate in accident investigations and assist with insurance claims.
Request OSHA consultation for projects exceeding 100,000 sq ft before masonry/structural steel commencement.
Provide and maintain shipping documents for delivery and record.
Coordinate shipping and deliveries with staff and customers.
Secure warehouse, store materials, and monitor inventory.
Secure and maintain company vehicles.
Train warehouse associates on safe operation of forklift, pallet jacks, and miscellaneous warehouse equipment.
Provide basic building and warehouse housekeeping and maintenance.
Perform other job duties and responsibilities as needed.
