About The Position

This position performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, to meet required regulations and scheduling. It also involves building-related installation and maintenance, such as furniture assembly, data/power installations, and lighting repair. The role requires maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the property through painting and refurbishing areas, and monitoring/maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications. The technician will use a variety of hand and power tools, including a forklift and other heavy equipment, and communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports.

Requirements

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
0 to 2 years of related experience

Nice To Haves

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification

Responsibilities
