About The Position

We are looking for a skilled, dependable Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on repairing our fleet of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) while handling general building maintenance projects to keep our Plant City distribution center operating safely and efficiently. Requirements

Must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment made by Crown Lift Trucks (pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, etc.).
Background in industrial facility maintenance, basic mechanical repairs, and basic building electrical work.
A proven track record of reliable employment and long-term stability.
Ability to work in high places (lifts), inside freezing cold spaces (-20°F in our freezers), and lift/move up to 100 lbs during your shift.
Must be 18+ years of age, hold a high school diploma or GED, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on our warehouse fleet of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs), including pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
Complete mechanical and basic electrical repairs on building systems, including high-speed doors, dock levelers, racking, and lighting.
Read schematics/blueprints and use multimeters (VOMs) to resolve electrical and mechanical equipment issues.
