About The Position

We’re looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Associate who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized, and well-run workspace. This role is key to supporting daily operations by maintaining cleanliness across the warehouse, shop, and office areas. You’ll be responsible for making sure workspaces are consistently clean, safe, and ready for the team to do their jobs efficiently. Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facility maintenance roles is an asset, ideally within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of assigned areas
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and shop environment
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean warehouse floors using appropriate tools and floor-cleaning equipment
• Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the warehouse and office areas
• Remove debris from storage racks, workstations, and common areas
• Clean and maintain office spaces, including floors, desks, and shared areas
• Clean and sanitize lunchrooms, kitchens, and appliances (sinks, fridges, microwaves)
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, including floors, toilets, and sinks
• Restock washroom and cleaning supplies (paper towel, toilet paper, soap, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of aluminum bins and other operational equipment
• Keep tools, materials, and workstations organized and in proper locations
• Support overall facility cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Identify areas that need attention and take initiative to address them
• Provide general support to the team as needed
