About The Position

The company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and perform maintenance, repair, and alterations of its district buildings and grounds. This role involves both hands-on work and leadership in planning and directing maintenance operations.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Previous experience as a warehouse or building maintenance manager
Experience with OSHA standards and reporting
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice To Haves

Prefer 2 years of Maintenance Management experience
Industrial electrical knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct building and grounds maintenance activities
Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance programs (including emergency response and energy management plans)
Perform repairs and facility improvements (painting, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical, landscaping, equipment repair, etc.)
Inspect construction, repair work, and daily maintenance operations
Lead preventative maintenance programs and site projects
Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, coaching, evaluations, and discipline
Collaborate with teams to support operational efficiency
Ensure OSHA standards for operation and recordkeeping are being followed
Collect quotes from outside contractors and monitor and inspect progress for repairs and upgrades
Perform additional duties as assigned
