About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and bilingual (Spanish–English) Warehouse & Maintenance Associate to join our team in Freeport, Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facility maintenance, forklift operation, and basic repair tasks such as painting and general cleaning. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Requirements
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Previous experience in facility maintenance and forklift operation
- Basic skills in painting, cleaning, and general upkeep
- Basic computer literacy (email, inventory systems, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of warehouse and office facilities
- Operate a forklift and assist with loading and unloading containers
- Conduct basic painting, cleaning, and minor repair tasks
- Monitor and inspect the property perimeter to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Utilize basic computer skills for inventory, reports, and daily tasks
Benefits
- Starting wage: $17 per hour
- Eligibility for an increase to $20 per hour after a 3-month probationary period, based on performance
