About The Position

BRS is a family-owned HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving South Jersey, and we're looking for a Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator to keep our warehouse, our vendors, and our field teams running like clockwork. You'll be the go-to person making sure technicians and installers have exactly what they need, exactly when they need it — from purchasing and inventory to installation staging and warranty claims. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we'd love to talk to you.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience with purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Sharp attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar ERP/inventory software.
• DOT certification.
• Background in warranty administration and claims processing.
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics and route optimization.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, equipment, and supplies, and manage vendor relationships to get the best price, quality, and service.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and stock shipments, and keep purchasing/receiving records up to date.
• Stage and coordinate materials for upcoming installations, and troubleshoot last-minute material needs.
• Manage the warranty claims process from start to finish, including vendor coordination and returns.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and secure — including cycle counts and tool accountability.
• Serve as the communication hub between vendors, technicians, installers, dispatch, and management.
