About The Position

Eureka, LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support its warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, communicating with various stakeholders, tracking inventory, managing quotes, and resolving logistics issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse or logistics operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position in Corona, California.

Requirements

Warehouse, logistics, shipping, fulfillment, or operations experience preferred.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Good communication and follow-through skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems.
Able to work full-time on-site.

Nice To Haves

Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipments, pickups, deliveries, and warehouse requests.
Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Track shipments, inventory arrivals, replacements, and delivery issues.
Request and compare shipping and vendor quotes.
Follow up on delays, damages, claims, billing issues, and other logistics problems.
Maintain vendor, shipment, and logistics records.
Support the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service team.
Help identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
