Warehouse & Logistics Associate
About The Position
The Warehouse & Logistics Associate supports daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, coffee kiosk assembly, and pre-shipment quality assurance. The role ensures inventory is properly managed and kiosks are assembled, tested, and prepared for shipment according to company standards. The position also involves following safety procedures, completing assigned tasks on time, and communicating operational issues to the Warehouse Manager. Other related duties may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager, and all equipment must receive required QA approval before shipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow assembly instructions and checklists.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and handle materials safely.

- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience.
- Basic equipment assembly or troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, store, pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Track inventory, conduct stock counts, maintain accurate records, and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Inspect incoming shipments, verify documentation, prepare outgoing orders, and maintain shipping records.
- Assist with kiosk assembly, component installation, basic software configuration, calibration, and initial testing.
- Inspect and test kiosks, including coffee brewing and beverage dispensing functions; complete QA checklists and report defects before shipment.
- Follow safety procedures and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Communicate operational issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure all equipment receives the required QA approval before shipment.
