Warehouse Logistics Associate
About The Position
This role supports Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through its World Courier business. Based in New Hyde Park, New York, the associate supports warehouse operations and shipment movement, including operating company vehicles for pickups, deliveries, airport tendering, and recoveries. The role also involves organizing inventory, verifying shipment information, recording inventory movements, monitoring equipment and work areas, coordinating with team members, and escalating discrepancies or delays. The listed schedules are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., or Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The position is full-time.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Less than 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipment coordination, order fulfillment, customer service operations, or a related field.

- Certification in logistics operations, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for scheduled pickups, deliveries, airport tendering, and recoveries.
- Carry materials and position inventory to maintain organized and efficient warehouse flow.
- Verify shipment details and confirm accuracy to support correct order fulfillment.
- Record inventory movements and update systems to maintain visibility of stock and shipments.
- Observe equipment and work area conditions to support safe and continuous operations.
- Coordinate with team members on task requirements and execution priorities.
- Detect discrepancies or delays and escalate them with relevant details for resolution.
