About The Position

This role supports Cencora’s global logistics and storage services through its World Courier business. The Warehouse Logistics Associate helps carry out scheduled pickups, deliveries, airport tendering, and recoveries; maintains organized warehouse inventory flow; verifies shipment details; records inventory movements; and supports safe, continuous operations. The role also involves coordinating with team members and escalating shipment discrepancies or delays for resolution.

The position is located in New Hyde Park, New York. The posting lists two schedules: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., and Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The stated pay range is $17.69–$25.24 per hour. The posting also lists a national average salary range of $37,752–$56,650, with actual ranges varying by location.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipment coordination, order fulfillment, customer service operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to complete scheduled pickups, deliveries, airport tendering, and recoveries.
• Carry materials and position inventory to maintain organized and efficient warehouse flow.
• Verify shipment details and confirm accuracy to support correct order fulfillment.
• Record inventory movements and update systems to maintain visibility of stock and shipments.
• Observe equipment and work area conditions to support safe and continuous operations.
• Coordinate with team members to align on task requirements and execution priorities.
• Detect discrepancies or delays and escalate them with relevant details for resolution.
