About The Position

Fiber Network Services is a communications contractor offering a full range of fiber optic cable network services. With Master Construction Agreements with Cox Communications, Comcast Cable, Crown Castle, Segra, Suddenlink, Windstream, and RCN in the States of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and in Washington D.C., we are a trusted resource for cabling and maintaining high-speed internet connectivity via fiber optic and Coaxial systems. FNS is looking for a Warehouse/logistics associate to help unload, load, and organize Telecom equipment in our Manassas, VA Office.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Able to lift on a regular basis (max typical 50 lbs)
Forklift experience a must.
Able to pass a background check and drug test.
ABLE TO PASS A DOT PHYSICAL

Nice To Haves

2 years related experience a plus
Capable of tracking inventory incoming and outgoing a plus
CDL License is preferred
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Unloading, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments.
Verifying product accuracy, signing for goods, and communicating with third parties.
Sorting, labeling, and organizing products for storage.
Preparing orders for fulfillment, such as picking and filling individual or bundle orders.
Wrapping, labeling, and packing orders for shipping.
Retrieving and preparing products for shipping and ensuring on-time delivery.
Performing inventory controls, keeping quality standards high, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and order picking machines.
