Requirements

High school diplomas or GED required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years of formal leadership experience for teams of 10 or more.
Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations.
Demonstrated experience leading a team, mentoring, and developing warehouse personnel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage a team.
Experience conducting structured monthly check-ins and on-the-floor observations.
Experience developing and tracking action plans for team members.
Ability to delegate effectively and manage change.
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations.
Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day.
Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently.
The Warehouse Supervisor is frequently required to stand, walk, climb and sit at times in the warehouse.
The supervisor is also exposed to outside weather conditions.
The noise levels in the warehouse work environment are typically low to moderate.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Drive performance, deliver results, and meet or exceed defined goals.
Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates, ensuring they have the tools, support, and knowledge to meet and exceed performance expectations.
Set clear, achievable performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness to drive results while fostering a culture of mutual respect and high engagement.
Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback, always reinforcing a positive, collaborative work environment where team members feel valued and supported.

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, continuously optimizing workflows to drive productivity and minimize bottlenecks.
Apply LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices to identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce waste, and ensure operations remain efficient, accurate, and aligned with team objectives.
Collaborate with peers and leadership to implement improvements based on feedback, performance reviews, and observed inefficiencies, always striving for better results and greater accuracy.
