Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse setting
Basic math, leadership, and computer skills
Ability to read, follow, and issue written instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable, consistent work habits

Responsibilities

Oversee overnight loading operations following clear, step-by-step procedures.
Operate and supervise the safe use of warehouse equipment (pallet jack, counterbalance, forklift).
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace while monitoring team compliance.
Select, verify, and prepare outbound materials accurately using loading logs and order instructions.
Work steadily and consistently throughout the shift to meet departure deadlines.
Receive, store, pick, and ship materials as part of daily warehouse operations.
Participate in training, enforce all company policies, and champion safety standards.
Support teammates, lead by example, and maintain a positive, cooperative work environment.
