Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse setting
Basic math, leadership, and computer skills
Ability to read, follow, and issue written instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable, consistent work habits

Responsibilities

Oversee overnight loading operations following clear, step-by-step procedures.
Supervise the safe use of warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, counterbalance, and forklifts.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace and monitor team compliance.
Accurately select, verify, and prepare outbound materials using loading logs and order instructions.
Meet departure deadlines through steady and consistent work throughout the shift.
Receive, store, pick, and ship materials as part of daily warehouse operations.
Participate in training, enforce company policies, and champion safety standards.
Support teammates, lead by example, and maintain a positive, cooperative work environment.
