At Ferraro Foods, our loaders play a key role in getting orders out accurately and on time so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it. We’re looking for a Warehouse Loader who’s hardworking, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to lift, push, and pull product up to 80 lbs. repeatedly throughout the entire shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependability and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Ability to operate or learn pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas

Responsibilities

Build and load outgoing orders onto delivery trucks using load sheets
Move product throughout the warehouse using electric and manual pallet jacks
Load dry, refrigerated, and frozen products accurately and safely
Ensure pallets are properly stacked and shrink-wrapped to maintain load integrity
Assist with staging, unloading, and organizing incoming and returned products
Restock and repack damaged or mis-loaded items
Work closely with the team to keep operations running safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift
