About The Position

Westin Fulfillment is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Loader to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are loaded safely, accurately, and on schedule. Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Basic math and reading skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to working safely.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Load trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
Organize and stage products for shipment.
Secure loads to prevent damage during transportation.
Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily shipping schedules.
