About The Position

The full-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. This labor-intensive role involves loading bulk and route trucks and attending to outgoing and incoming shipments. The position works from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack, verifies loading accuracy, follows shipper and receiver documentation and warehouse instructions, and helps maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work may take place across several weather conditions. The description notes repeated lifting of cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to repeatedly lift cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period, as described in the position overview.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Load designated product packages and flavors from the warehouse into route-truck bays.
• Rotate products on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage products according to RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
• Build loads from order sheets using a forklift and electronic pallet jack, and ensure loading accuracy and compliance with shipping and receiving documentation and warehouse instructions.
