About The Position

Join an award-winning legacy as a Warehouse Loader at our St. Albans, VT warehouse! You'll help keep our products moving by loading and unloading shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and operating warehouse equipment as part of our distribution team. Whether you have experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, distribution, material handling, forklift operation, or order fulfillment, or you're looking to build your warehouse experience, we'd like to hear from you. Requirements

Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Reliable and willing to help the team as business needs change
Commitment to workplace and food safety
Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day

Nice To Haves

Warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience is preferred, but not required
Forklift or electric pallet jack experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Load and unload products and shipments
Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack safely
Maintain accurate product and inventory records
Move, organize, and stage products within the warehouse
Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse tasks as needed
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and quality requirements
Report food safety or quality concerns promptly
