About The Position

Freight Breakers is looking for dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our 1st Shift team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active, and working toward daily production goals. As part of our warehouse team, you will help keep freight moving through the facility by handling tire shipments, loading and unloading trailers, organizing product, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. No previous tire-handling experience is required — we provide training.

• Successful completion of a background check
• Successful completion of a drug test
• Availability to work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime when required

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience
• Freight loading/unloading experience
• Manual pallet jack experience
• Tire-handling experience
• Previous physical or production-based work

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tire freight safely and efficiently.
• Use a manual pallet jack to move and position tires.
• Sort and organize product according to SKU and designated storage locations.
• Build secure and properly aligned tire stacks using required slip sheets.
• Verify product labels and maintain organized storage areas.
• Work alongside team members to meet daily production expectations.
• Assist with maintaining accurate warehouse and inventory records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow OSHA requirements and all Freight Breakers safety procedures.
