About The Position

Mitchell Distributing is hiring Warehouse Loaders to prepare beverage products for delivery to retail customers. This is a hands-on, physically active role for people who enjoy teamwork, staying active, and working in a fast-paced warehouse. The schedule is overnight, Monday through Thursday, with a listed shift of 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. or until finished; end times may vary according to workload and delivery volume. Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and repeatedly move products.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately load beverage products onto delivery vehicles.
• Select, organize, and stage products according to scheduled deliveries.
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Verify product quantities and accuracy against orders and loading documents.
• Safely stack and organize products to prevent damage during transportation.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify product discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Work with the warehouse team to meet daily loading and productivity goals.
• Follow company, safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
