About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is expanding its warehouse team and is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help load and unload freight in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a production-based position where your effort directly impacts your earnings, giving motivated employees the opportunity to maximize their pay. This is an active warehouse position requiring regular lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and strong punctuality
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Transfer cartons from conveyor belts into outbound trailers.
• Scan each carton with handheld RF equipment before loading.
• Move rolling cages between workstations and staging locations.
• Stack freight safely while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Remove cartons from inbound trailers and place them onto conveyor systems.
• Scan freight during the unloading process to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Sort cartons into designated cages for processing.
• Keep your work area clean while maintaining a steady production pace.
