About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join their daytime warehouse team in Ocala, FL. This is a full-time, production-pay position where effort directly impacts earnings. The role involves staying active and working in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with potential for early finishes and overtime during busy periods. Average earnings range from $200-$250 per shift, equivalent to $16-$25+ per hour.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds repeatedly
• Dependable transportation
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a warehouse setting

Responsibilities

• Load cartons from conveyor systems into trailers.
• Scan freight using handheld RF scanners.
• Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
• Build secure, organized trailer loads while meeting production goals.
• Unload cartons from inbound trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor belts for processing.
• Scan and sort products into the correct rolling cages.
• Work with your team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.
