About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders for full-time, in-person weekday operations at its West Jordan, Utah warehouse. The role handles packages during loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting operations to support an efficient warehouse workflow. The posting describes both a weekday day shift (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM) and a weekday overnight shift (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM the following morning).

Compensation is performance-based on the volume of trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings are $16–$25 per hour, with potential earnings of $25–$35 per hour for higher productivity; upper-end earnings are not guaranteed. Eligible employees may receive health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off, subject to applicable plan terms. Occasional weekend work may be requested or required based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Availability to work the full Monday–Thursday schedule for the applicable day or overnight shift.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and move packages weighing 5–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the scheduled shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Successful completion of required background and drug screenings, where permitted by applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages from floor-loaded trailers onto conveyor systems.
• Load packages into trailers and stack freight securely to help prevent shifting and damage.
• Scan packages using handheld scanning equipment.
• Sort packages into designated cages and staging areas.
• Move package cages between assigned work areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow established safety procedures and operational instructions.
• Meet applicable productivity and accuracy standards.
