About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a full-time Warehouse Loader/Unloader for its furniture distribution operation in Cranbury, New Jersey. This hands-on, physically demanding warehouse role involves unloading incoming furniture shipments, moving products through the facility, staging merchandise, and preparing it for further distribution. Compensation is production-based, with potential weekly earnings of $800–$1,200 or more, depending on productivity, workload, and available freight. Pay is weekly, and the posting describes the work as consistent and year-round. Training is provided; previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Reliable and productive associates may develop their skills and pursue additional responsibility, with a potential advancement path from Warehouse Associate to Lead, Supervisor, and Management.

Requirements

• Repeatedly lift and move items weighing approximately 50–100 pounds.
• Remain active and on your feet for extended periods.
• Work safely while handling large or bulky products.
• Follow instructions and established procedures.
• Work effectively alongside other warehouse associates.
• Maintain dependable attendance.
• Stay focused and productive throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Unload furniture and other products from inbound trailers.
• Safely handle and move large or heavy pieces throughout the facility.
• Stage merchandise in designated areas.
• Work with the team to complete daily unloading assignments.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Follow proper lifting, handling, and workplace safety procedures.
• Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as operational needs require.
