About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our warehouse operations team in West Jordan, Utah. This role is best suited for people who enjoy physically active work, perform well in fast-moving environments, and are motivated by incentive-based pay. In this position, employees will assist with the loading and unloading of freight trailers while ensuring packages are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug test
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move items weighing 5–50 lbs
• Comfortable performing continuous physical labor during shifts
• Reliable transportation is necessary

Responsibilities

• Load freight from conveyor lines into trailers by hand
• Use handheld scanners to track and verify shipments
• Transport cages between trailers and designated staging areas
• Stack and organize freight securely inside trailers
• Remove packages from incoming trailers onto conveyor systems
• Scan and separate freight into assigned cages
• Work quickly while maintaining accuracy and safety standards
