About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. This hands-on position is perfect for candidates who enjoy fast-paced work environments and are motivated by performance-based earnings. Team members are responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading freight while maintaining accuracy and productivity throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Capable of lifting and carrying 5–50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is required
• MUST BE 18 TO APPLY

Responsibilities

• Load boxes by hand from conveyor belts into trailers
• Use handheld scanners to track and verify packages
• Move cages between trailers and staging areas
• Organize freight securely to maximize trailer space and safety
• Unload boxes from trailers onto conveyor systems
• Scan and sort packages into designated cages
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and workflow efficiency in a high-volume environment
