About The Position

The Warehouse Lending Specialist will perform the daily operational functions associated with loan processing & review for clients of the Warehouse Lending Division.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in mortgage industry, but will evaluate candidates without direct experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry and residential loan documentation preferred.
• Mortgage loan processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily funding and repayment of loan advances through automated systems, while working to ensure compliance with established operating procedures and loan guidelines.
• Customer relations, loan processing, wire distribution, cross-application transactions, collateral monitoring & reporting, aged loan management and daily reconciliation of business unit general ledger accounts.
• Intake, review, and financing of mortgage loan advances
• Strict compliance to established operating procedures and loan guidelines
• Wire processing & DDA cross-application transactions
• Customer service (B2B) and portfolio management
• Management and oversight of mortgage loan collateral files and electronic transmissions
