About The Position
The ideal candidate will have consumer and commercial lending experience including short and long-term loan structures, mortgages, and security agreements. Must have knowledge of compliance regulations. This position reviews borrower legal documents, prepares consumer and commercial loan packages, assists with closing, post-closing, and internal data management. The position has daily contact with internal customers.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in loan processing required or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job
- Consumer compliance (TRID, ) experience
- MS Office skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Team player, flexibility, and detail oriented
- High degree of accuracy within short time constraints
- S. Diploma required.
