About The Position

The ideal candidate will have consumer and commercial lending experience including short and long-term loan structures, mortgages, and security agreements. Must have knowledge of compliance regulations. This position reviews borrower legal documents, prepares consumer and commercial loan packages, assists with closing, post-closing, and internal data management. The position has daily contact with internal customers.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in loan processing required or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job
• Consumer compliance (TRID, ) experience
• MS Office skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Team player, flexibility, and detail oriented
• High degree of accuracy within short time constraints
• S. Diploma required.
